  • Solo Startup Lab is a six-month, step-by-step program designed to help women entrepreneurs build and launch their dream businesses. The program guides participants through creating a brand strategy, designing a visual identity, building a professional website, and developing a marketing and launch plan, all within a supportive community.

  • This program is ideal for women who have long desired to start their own brand but have lacked the time, support, or clear process to do so. It's especially suited for those ready to take a DIY approach to their brand and website development while benefiting from expert guidance and a community of like-minded individuals.

  • By the end of the six-month Solo Startup Lab experience, you'll have:​

  • The Solo Startup Lab experience is structured as follows:​

    • Month 1: Brand Clarity & Strategy – Define your niche, ideal client, brand message, and positioning.​

    • Month 2: DIY Visual Branding – Choose colors, fonts, and design your Visual Brand Guide with feedback and critiques.​

    • Month 3: DIY Standout Website – Guided website build with copywriting templates, SEO, and user experience essentials.​

    • Month 4: Launch & Marketing Strategy – Develop social media and email launch plans, PR, and visibility tactics.​

    Months 5 and 6: Implementation and Refining Support – Ongoing support to refine and enhance your brand and marketing efforts post-launch.

  • No prior experience is necessary. Solo Startup Lab is designed to guide you through each step of the process, providing the tools, resources, and support needed to successfully build and launch your brand, regardless of your starting point.

  • 100%.  Our website training and supplied templates are on Squarespace as we find it is the easiest platform for a solopreneur to use to get started, but you are welcome to build on whatever platform you like.  You’ll still be able to get your website reviewed / critiqued by the team. 

  • The first round of Solo Startup Lab kicks off on June 2nd 2025.

  • Absolutely!  Flourish is an Australian company but the majority of our clients are located elsewhere in the world.  Our trainings will all be available on demand online - you won’t miss out on a thing!

  • The Lab costs $3000 AUD (approx $1800 USD and 1672 Euro).  The payment plans are:

    Pay upfront:  $3000 AUD
    Pay over 3 months:  $1100 per month.

    Pay over 6 months:  $550 per month.
